Williams Creek

Just eight miles north of downtown, the Williams Creek area feels a bit like a step back in time. The tiny town boasts mature trees, traditionally elegant homes, and a tight-knit community of its own. With over 300 secluded acres and 160 well-manicured luxury lots, this sought-after area draws professionals and retirees from all over the country.

Dubbed the “Switzerland of Marion County,” was formally established in 1931 as the Town of Williams Creek and showcased five impressive homes designed in various styles—Italian, Colonial, Spanish, English, and French. All but one of these homes still stand on their original sites today.

Fondly called the “Switzerland of Marion County," Williams Creek showcases some of the most beautiful homes in the city, with diverse architectural styles and gorgeous surroundings.

Many are drawn to the sanctuary-like feel of Williams Creek—so close to bustling downtown Indianapolis but feeling like a world away. The wooded streets wind around the neighborhood and you can hear the gurgling of the playful creek. The community feel is strong here, with year-round happenings like horse-drawn hayrides at the annual Fall Fling and even community-branded apparel for sale.

My family has been proud to call Williams Creek home for over eight years now. We absolutely love living here, walking down to the creek, and enjoying time with neighbors. We’re very active in the community and my husband is part of the town council. And I’m honored to be the town’s top Realtor, helping many to buy and sell high-end homes in this desirable community. If you’re interested in living in such a peaceful, gorgeous area close to big city amenities, I’d love to help you make Williams Creek your next home.
